Go ahead and move into the new millineum - Duan Carter - Jackson, MS I used to work for Best in the department of home theater purchase. If there was one thing I hated was seeing an elderly couple (ages 68 on up) on my way to find a TV. I would always try to convince them to look at the new flat screen TV - but they were always in this dina sour! Do not get me wrong, he has a good picture, sound OK, but there is only one! It weighs a fucking ton! OMG, it's so heavy!
I have a 50 "Sony XBR LCD and I suggest something with ease throughmyself. This thing that you need a crane!
Hey, if you want big and bulky - be my guest, but break down and spend a little more and get a flat screen, save your energy for something more constructive.
Great, if you don't end up with blinking lights - K. M. Strong - Monterey County, CA I bought this TV in 2005 or 2006, after 11 years of our old hand-me-down ProScan stopped working one day. This TV has a very good picture, decent sound, but it's a huge Frik 32 "CRT, so what do you expect. Since the first day we brought home, was the strongest bzzzoowwwn ** ** and making noise when all the lights in the dark for half home. Other than that, it was perfect. ... Until he started with problem 9 flashes in the past week. Regularcan not simply be lit and the LED blinks 9 times ... and disappointment for you, no TV. Now, I learn from online searches that I have to replace the Council for $ 60 billion to $ 100 (and if I do it myself) if I want my TV back to work.
For the price I paid for this monster, that a few years ago, I can have a nice LCD flat screen TV purchases, and I hope I do not want the wrath of flashing lights make.
