Failed as a Mac monitor after 3 months - HokiAddict - Mercer Island, WA United States
I bought the refurbished model, which worked fine until just after the 90-day warranty. Visio has not been able to help restore function. The unit is now just a useless TV. I will not buy a new Visio.
Worst customer service in the industry - Robert W. Robinson -
Bought it in February 2010. In June 2010, she developed a line of pixels on the screen. I worked with Vizios dept technology to a whole month to get a dispostion for unity. I ended up getting a manager involved. The solution? They replace the unit (still under warranty for one year) with new parts. If I wanted a reconditioned unit, I bought first. My advice: stay away from VIZIO.
